Understanding the impact of Oxandrolone on cortisol levels and its implications for recovery and injury risk.

⚠️ Oxandrolone, Cortisol, and Recovery

While Oxandrolone is a popular anabolic steroid, it's crucial to understand its impact on cortisol. Prolonged, continuous use of Oxandrolone can severely suppress cortisol levels.
This suppression can lead to a significant decline in your body's ability to recover, potentially increasing your risk of serious injuries.
For this reason, I do not recommend using Oxandrolone for extended periods.
However, when used for a short duration with a specific goal in mind, it can be a viable option.
Maintaining a healthy balance of cortisol is vital for everyone, whether you are on a cycle or not. The effect of cortisol suppression is even more pronounced when Oxandrolone is stacked with Trenbolone, so this combination should be approached with extreme caution.
