What Hydroxytest Is
“Hydroxytest” (often sold as Hydroxytestosterone or 4-Hydroxytestosterone, also known as Formestane in some pharmaceutical contexts) is a synthetic derivative of testosterone. It’s basically a hydroxylated androgen. Chemically it’s a 4-hydroxytestosterone molecule.

It’s a mild anabolic steroid with weak androgenic effects.

It also acts as a suicide aromatase inhibitor (meaning it reduces conversion of androgens into estrogen).

It’s sometimes marketed as a “dry” compound because it produces very little water retention.
